Special Forces: World's Toughest Test is not for the faint of heart — and Tara Reid knows that as well as anyone.

In an exclusive clip from this week's episode of the grueling Fox reality show, the American Pie and Sharknado star is pushed to the brink while carrying a weighty pack through the frigid wilderness, eventually causing her to vent her exhaustion and pain.

"I have to say something. The bag is so heavy," a visibly shaken Reid says. "I can't do it, my back's killing me."

She also doesn't find it fair that each contestant has to carry the same physical load, regardless of their build. "It should be per weight, per person," Reid protests. "It's not fair, I'm really in pain, and no one cares!"

Jovon Quarles, the former Navy SEAL and member of the Directing Staff overseeing the trainees, reiterates the equality of the series' setup, in which every contestant undergoes the same rigorous training. "It is fair, because everyone has to carry the exact same thing," he says matter-of-factly.

"This thing is a monster on my back," Reid responds. "I don't want to do it anymore."

In the season 2 premiere, an emotional Reid revealed her motivations for joining the show. "I get bullied a lot and stuff, and I just wanted to make myself a stronger person, and I thought this could help," she told the DS agents. "People still judge me of when I was 18, and I'm 47 now. I can't play, you know, American Pie anymore… I feel sometimes I'm like a broken bird. I want to have thicker skin and not let people bother me so much."

In a confessional, Reid added, "The tabloids have said so many things about me that aren't true. It's very easy to get caught up being depressed and staying home and staying alone. And the challenge is about me and my demons inside of me. Can I heal a little bit more? And that's really why I'm here."

Some of the other celebrities participating in the second season of Special Forces include JoJo Siwa, Vanderpump Rules villain Tom Sandoval, Blac Chyna, Jack Osbourne, and 90210 star Brian Austin Green. On the show, participants are only eliminated by exiting electively, experiencing medical complications, or being forced off the show by the overseeing agents.

The first season of Special Forces premiered in January, featuring stars like Mel B, Jamie Lynn Spears, Kate Gosselin, and Dwight Howard. Only The Bachelorette's Hannah Brown and soccer player Carli Lloyd ultimately completed their training.

Special Forces: World's Toughest Test airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
