After Steve Aoki and Louis Tomlinson performed their hit “Just Hold On” on Monday (Feb.13) on The Late Late Show with James Corden, the carpool karaoke king joined the musicians in the studio last night (Feb. 27) to offer his take on how to improve the song.

Corden was quite upset when he entered the studio to find out that they’d chosen to do without his ad-libs and “talk up” at the beginning of the track. After a little back and forth, Corden finally gets his shot on the mic (or so he thinks).
