The actress tested out the latest offering from her skincare line, The Outset, on "guinea pig" Jost in a relatable new video — and PEOPLE has the first look

The secret to Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost’s happy relationship? A shared love of skincare!

Johansson, 38, gave her SNL star husband, 41, an at-home facial using her skincare line, The Outset — and she took fans along for the ride. She also gave fans a sneak peek at one of the brand’s new product bundles — and the couple’s relatable banter.

In the new video, the pair fields holiday-themed questions while Johansson treats the comedian to The Outset’s new “Spa in a Box” collection, a limited-edition holiday bundle curated in partnership with celebrity esthetician Cynthia Franco.

Before pampering her hubby with the products, Johansson attempts to introduce herself, instead cycling through several hilarious takes.

After the Marvel star playfully botches a few takes — including one in which Jost interjects, reading her lines for her — she nails the introduction, and her husband praises her: “Perfect. That was a good take.”

“Our audience will ask us questions, and I’m going to give you a Spa in a Box facial” Johansson continues, to which Jost sarcastically asks, “Spa in a Box facial? Wow.”

For the relaxing-yet-hilarious facial, the actress uses all seven skincare products in the kit: a gentle micellar cleanser, exfoliating micro polish, clay mask, moisture boosting oil, prep serum, daily moisturizer and — luckily for eye-cream enthusiast Jost — a vitamin c under-eye moisturizer.

The $250 at-home spa collection (valued at $304, per the brand) also includes a fuzzy, The Outset-branded headband, which, as Johansson puts on her husband, prompts him to joke, "Do you think this whole thing is gonna run counter to how America thinks of me, as sort of a rugged cowboy type?"

The bundle also comes with instructions — an easy-to-follow eight-step regime complete with pro tips — created by Franco, whose client list includes stars like Ana de Armas, Austin Butler and Jenna Ortega.

In addition to dubbing Jost her skincare “guinea pig” while launching The Outset at Nordstrom in September, Johansson, who co-created the line with beauty executive Kate Foster, also shared that she had always wanted “one set of skincare products on our counter that Colin and I could both use.”

Their favorite product? The Firming Vegan Collagen Prep Serum, which is used in the “prep” step of the Spa in a Box regime.

“It’s the one thing Colin and I do battle about,” she revealed at the September launch. “I never thought my husband would be using a serum!”

Johansson has also said that her husband is The Outset’s biggest fan.

On Sunday TODAY with Willie Geist in June, the Asteroid City actress revealed that the comedian is her brand’s “eye cream connoisseur,” before revealing a surprising tidbit: he wore eye cream before she did.

“Scarlett! You’re not using eye cream?” she remembers the brand’s co-founder, Kate Foster, asking her. “I want to learn,“ she added. "And Colin uses it every day."

In the same interview, the actress said that while preparing for the skincare line’s launch, Jost became “our eye cream expert,” adding, “and I got him to switch to The Outset eye cream.”
