Watch Saint Laurent's L.A. Fashion Show Live
Saint Laurent may be one of the most storied fashion houses in France, but the label clearly isn't too bound to geography. After all, it was only last season that designer Anthony Vaccarello decamped to NYC to stage a show at Liberty State Park, sending models down the runway with the skyscrapers of Manhattan dotting the background from across the Hudson River.
Now, that wanderlust is sending Saint Laurent even further from its Parisian home-all the way to Los Angeles. That the West Coast is the home of this latest show is not entirely a surprise. Vaccarello and company make clothes that seem right at home in the L.A. style scene. They're bold, but not too brazen. Cool, and they know it. It's exactly the kind of thing that everyone from Echo Park to Hollywood can appreciate.
That is, of course, if you've got an invite to tonight's festivities. A Saint Laurent show isn't exactly lax on the door policy, as you might've guessed when you look at the celebrities like Travis Scott and Keanu Reeves who front the company's campaigns. Luckily, we've got a good workaround.
See, even if you find yourself outside of the City of Angels-or you just can't fathom the journey, which is kind of understandable considering L.A. traffic-you can settle back on your couch and watch the whole thing via the label's livestream. And while that doesn't mean you get to rub elbows with the fabulously famous, you can at least enjoy a little solitude while you soak in all the style.
The whole thing kicks off at 7:30pm local time, which equates to 10:30pm for those of you on the eastern seaboard. So get your delivery orders in now. There's a lot to love coming your way.
