Russell Wilson knows how not to drop a football, but Ciara‘s breast milk? The stakes are so much higher.
In an adorable video shared by Ciara via Instagram Stories on Wednesday (March 13), the quarterback focuses hard on balancing a capsule of the singer’s breast milk delicately in his hands while on a bumpy car ride. “Don’t drop the milk!” Wilson says as his wife laughs. “Don’t drop it!”

“Babe helping me 🙂 when breastfeeding is life!” Ciara captioned the clip.
The couple — who wed in 2016 — welcomed their third child together, 3-month-old Amora Princess, in December. The two are also parents to 6-year-old Sienna Princess and 3-year-old Win Harrison, while Ciara shares 9-year-old son Future Zahir with her ex, rapper Future.
The family of five will likely soon be moving to the other side of the country following news that Wilson, who’s spent the past two years playing for the Denver Broncos, has signed a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Prior to the announcement, the athlete posted a heartfelt message on Instagram dedicated to Colorado football fans, thanking them for their support.
“Over these last two years, you have [welcomed] my family and me with open arms and have embraced us as members of the Denver community,” he wrote in his statement, alongside photos of himself playing on the field. “This city will always hold a special place in my heart. Our family grew here, we made countless memories and friendships, and formed relationships that will last a lifetime.”
“One of One!” Ciara replied in the comments “My greatest inspiration! I love you.”
