All the contestants who were sent home this season came back for a huge “Lip Sync LaLaPaRuza Smackdown.” A random queen got to choose their opponent, and the opponent got to choose the song. After several all-out performances, it came down to Megami and Morphine Love Dion in the final round singing “Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)” by C+C Music Factory. Morphine Love Dion wins the lip sync and the title of “Queen of She Done Already Done Had Herses”. Morphine Love Dion was the winner, this time leaving Drag Race Season 16 with the title of “Queen of She Done Already Done Had Herses” and a $50,000 cash prize.
