It's time to return to the South in Season 2 of "Real Murders of Atlanta."

The true-crime series returns to Oxygen on Friday, March 17 at 9 p.m. In the sophomore season, the series will continue to highlight the murders of Atlanta citizens through interviews with investigators, prosecutors and loved ones.

The series premiere will kick off with "West End Nightmare," an in-depth look at the investigation into the death of Terry Porter, a beloved man who was shot dead in front of his home.

"When a hero of Atlanta’s West End is executed in front of his home, detectives must find the killer with no evidence and no witnesses," the episode description reads. "The killer is finally brought to justice and the community is in disbelief when he’s identified."
