The Bachelor

HOW/WHEN & WHERE TO WATCH: 8 p.m. on ABC

Tonight's episode features the biggest group date in Bachelor history — 18 women! — but tensions begin to boil over even before Matt's mass gathering of "ladies." Victoria the self-described "Queen" clashes with just about everyone, and her tiff with roomie Marylynn leads to pre-rose ceremony dust-up. In other news, Matt almost kills his date during a romantic ATV ride, and we get another welcome Big Paulie sighting. —Kristen Baldwin

Spencer Paysinger knows what it's like to share his life story with the world. The former NFL star's upbringing — raised in South Los Angeles, but went to high school in Beverly Hills — is the inspiration for the CW's All American, which returns Jan. 18. And tonight, he's helping shine the light on other athletes who have overcome enormous obstacles to achieve great success. Paysinger, joined by football analyst and storyteller Yogi Roth, sits down with athletes including NFL linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair, Paralympic Medalist Scout Bassett, and Olympic Gold Medalist Michelle Carter. The Good Doctor

HOW/WHEN & WHERE TO WATCH: 10 p.m. on ABC

The Good Doctor returns with an intense outing focused on Christina Chang's Dr. Audrey Lim. Aptly titled "Lim," the follows Lim on one very stressful day at work as she copes — or better yet doesn't — with leftover emotional trauma from the pandemic. "It's really more [about] the discovery that something's going on versus completely exploring it," says Chang. "It does get explored in future episodes. But in this one, it's sort of just the beginning of her realization that something traumatic is going on." Even though it was a lot of work, Chang loved the fact that she was in every scene. "It was flattering, and I felt like, 'Oh, this is an important mantle that I'm wearing,' and I felt honored," she says. "It was a really good time to be on set all nine to 10 days [of production]." —Chancellor Agard
