WATCH: Meet the 'Unstoppable' Stars of Flip or Flop Vegas, and Get a Sneak Peek of Tonight's Premiere

Your newest HGTV obsession has finally arrived.

Flip or Flop Vegas premieres Thursday night, and PEOPLE has an exclusive sneak peek at what its stars, Aubrey and Bristol Marunde, are bringing to the high-stakes series’ spin-off.

The Marundes take on similar roles to their Flip or Flop forebears Christina and Tarek El Moussa, with Bristol, 34, an MMA fighter, serving as the contractor and his wife Aubrey, also 34, a realtor, taking on the design and selling side of things.

While the Nevada-based pair may be new to TV, they’re not short on confidence when it comes to what they do best.

“I definitely would say that I’m one of the best real estate agents in Las Vegas,” Aubrey tells PEOPLE. “And I think when you tackle house flipping, you really need an expert on the real estate side.”

They also have years of experience: The couple began renovating houses “literally right after we met,” according to Aubrey, and have been in the business ever since. (Their first home sold after just a few days on the market!)

Now, Bristol says, the two are a flipping force, having transformed over 140 homes in the area, while also raising two sons, Kale and Kane. “Together, we’re unstoppable,” he says in the exclusive trailer above.

“We find that it’s a huge advantage, working together,” Bristol says. “I think it’s really brought us together.”

Although the new series will capture many of the classic “before” house horrors - think cockroaches and gross mold - and equally jaw-dropping reveals, there are some differences the Marundes say fans will notice from the original show made famous by the El Moussas, who announced their split after seven years of marriage in December 2016.

“We have a lot of different designs,” Bristol says, adding the variety of homeowners in Las Vegas requires them to cater each property to a specific buyer. “You’re not going to see the same thing repeated over and over.”

“From top to bottom we’re completely involved,” Aubrey adds. “I think the viewers are going to really like that we do all the work ourselves.”

HGTV announced plans to expand the popular Flip or Flop franchise to include five new cities in March. Flip or Flop Atlanta is coming next, premiering this summer with hosts Ken and Anita Corsini. Chicago, Nashville and Texas will follow in 2017 and 2018.

Flip or Flop Vegas premieres April 6th at 10 p.m. EST on HGTV.
