Maya Rudolph in character as Beyoncé on 'SNL'

On her third Saturday Night Live hosting entry, Maya Rudolph revisited her calm-turned-flustered Beyoncé impression for a "Hot Ones" sketch.

The actress and comedian previously portrayed the "Cowboy Carter" singer in a skit three years ago; in the premise, the renowned artist is unable to nail the spicy chicken wing eating talk show hosted by Sean Evans (portrayed by a spot-on Mikey Day).

In the laugh-out-loud segment, Rudolph gradually becomes more and more overwhelmed by each sauce's heat, struggling to answer the interviewer's questions. She begins to sing in tongues, claiming that her "bones are on fire" and demanding the editors blur her face as she utters a loud burp. Eating wings dipped in such sauces with names like "taint scorcher," Beyoncé throws milk on Evans, saying that it's what he gets for "giving a bad bitch swamp ass on YouTube."

Toward the end of the callback skit, Rudolph's character calls for her assistant (Kenan Thompson) to pump lotion into her mouth aggressively. Afterward, he uses the Men In Black memory eraser to close off the show.

Beyoncé — 0, "Hot Ones" — 2.
