Last week, Disclosure dropped their anticipated sophomore album, Caracal. In an album full of features from the likes of Sam Smith, the Weeknd​, and Miguel, the song “Magnets” was an immediate standout track that left us praising the return of the dark Lorde. While the Lawrence brothers’ other videos string us through a continual storyline in a dystopian universe, “Magnets” takes cue from its lyrics to set the stage in a mansion off Mulholland. Against a lit L.A. backdrop, Lorde takes us down a seductive hole of hook ups and betrayal.
