How to Watch or Livestream Friday’s One-Off ‘SmackDown’ Episode on FS1

Tonight, WWE’s “Friday Night SmackDown” is moving from Fox’s broadcast network to Fox Sports’ FS1 cable channel for one week only to accommodate Game 3 of the World Series.

Live sports-entertainment show “SmackDown” airs Fridays from 8 to 10 p.m. Friday’s World Series game between the Houston Astros and the Washington Nationals, a live sport-sport, is scheduled for an 8:07 p.m. first pitch. That one is Fox’s priority, so you’ll have to change channels to catch this week’s “SmackDown.”

But don’t fret, members of the WWE Universe without FS1: all hope is not lost.

(We’ll pause for a moment here to recognize here that if you have the “Raw” and former “SmackDown” home USA Network, you’ve likely got FS1 — but that does not mean definitely. USA is available in 87 million U.S. homes, FS1 in 80 million. So anyway, if you love WWE programming, you probably have USA. If you have USA, you probably have FS1.)

If you can’t watch FS1 on cable, we’ve got options. For starters, those with a cable subscription but no access to their television sets can authenticate themselves and stream live online at FoxSports.com or on the Fox Sports App.

There are plenty of SVOD options too, like YouTube TV, Fubo TV, Hulu, AT&T Now, Philo, Sling and PlayStation Vue.
