SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Cast members of Chucky season 3 joined us in the FOX 5 studio Monday morning for a preview of what to expect ahead of the upcoming release of part 2 this week.

Jennifer Tilly, who plays Chucky’s girlfriend Tiffany Valentine, and Devon Sawa, who plays President James Collins, were live on FOX 5 San Diego Monday morning virtually from Los Angeles with what to expect during Season 3, Part 2 which premieres Wednesday, April 10.

According to Rotten Tomatoes, Chucky, Season 3, begins when a vintage Chucky doll turns up at a suburban yard sale, throwing an idyllic American town into chaos as a series of horrifying murders begins to expose the town’s hypocrisies and secrets. Meanwhile, the arrival of enemies and allies from Chucky’s past threatens to expose the truth behind the killings, as well as the demon doll’s untold origins.

The show has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Chucky Season 3 filming began on April 27, 2023. Part 1 of Season 3 premiered on Oct. 4, 2023.

Tilly describes her character Tiffany as depressed this season as she is sitting on death row, but dressed fabulously.

Tilly and Sawa on Monday talked about their love of horror, previews of the show, and how Devon’s characters die in every season. Will he die this time around?

They also mentioned the show has a chance of being in the Guinness Book of World Records for most amount of blood ever used on a television show. So viewers can expect lots and lots… and lots of blood.

Season 3 Episode 5 “Death Becomes Her” premiers April 10 on Syfy and USA Network.
