Watch Wilco Perform New Song “Tell Your Friends” on Colbert
Wilco have shared a new song called “Tell Your Friends.” All Bandcamp purchases of the new song will benefit World Central Kitchen. They’re also the musical guests on tonight’s episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The band performed their latest single, and Jeff Tweedy performed the Yankee Hotel Foxtrot classic “Jesus Etc.” Watch it happen, and listen to the new song, below.
Wilco released their 11th studio album Ode to Joy in 2019. They are slated to kick off a joint tour with Sleater Kinney in August.
In late March, Tweedy played “Evergreen” with his sons Spencer and Sammy for a remote episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!. The three Tweedys performed the track while sitting in their Chicago bathroom.
