Watch Father John Misty Perform a New Song at Benefit Show

FJM debuted the track at his California wildfires benefit concert

Father John Misty performed an unreleased song in Los Angeles during his California wildfires benefit concert on Tuesday night (December 18), as Stereogum points out. Though the song was not introduced or given a title, FJM repeats the phrase “all God’s country” repeatedly in the choruses. Watch it go down below.

During the benefit show, FJM also played a rendition of Beck’s 1996 single “Where It’s At” alongside Este Haim and Beck himself. Proceeds from the concert (which featured performances by Mac Demarco, Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo, Rostam, and more) went towards those affected by the recent California wildfires.

Father John Misty’s latest LP God’s Favorite Customer arrived earlier this year.
