Watch Epic 'Star Wars'-Disney Mash-Up (But Brace Yourself for Disturbing Olaf Scene!)
The Force has been awakened along with a mess of classic Disney characters in this new mash-up video (above) made by Norwegian comedy video makers PistolShrimps.
At the outset of the epic spoof, Aladdin villain Jafar is revealed as a TIE fighter pilot shooting at the so-called “street rat” and his life mate, Princess Jasmine. Then a slew of Disney all-stars appear. Belle from Beauty and the Beast momentarily assumes the role of Rey, the young heroine in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Then R2-D2 beams out an image of Pinocchio. (Yes, maybe one day R2-D2 will become a real boy!) The dragon from the final act of Sleeping Beauty wreaks havoc in the background while Olaf from Frozen joins Rey and Finn as they flee. It’s all fun and games until Kylo Ren shoots the cute and goofy snowman in the head. (Please refrain from severely scarring 6-year-olds by not showing them this video!)
The sequence moves back to comedy when Sir Hiss from Disney’s 1973 animated feature Robin Hood gets his bubble burst. Then Dumbo flies among the X-wing starfighters, Peter Pan wields a light saber, Captain Hook is inserted into ultimate Dark Side villainy, and Aladdin lends a helping hand to Finn.
