WATCH: Chip and Joanna Gaines Are Back! Here’s Your First Look at the New Season of Fixer Upper

The wait is over!

Fixer Upper is making its return for season four, and from this exclusive clip it looks like viewers can expect all the classic Chip and Joanna Gaines charm they’ve been missing.

Tonight’s episode follows Chip and Joanna as they help a young couple search for their “forever home” that ideally has a generous living area, space for their dogs and plenty of room for their growing family.

Upon arriving to the Gaines’ first round pick, the couple is somewhat put off by the lack of lawn and awkward parking arrangement. But in true Chip and Joanna fashion, the HGTV stars are quick to highlight the hidden benefits of the property.

“Parking is interesting, because you’re kind of sharing it with your neighbors,” Joanna says. “But I love the quiet cul-de-sac.”

For curb appeal updates, Joanna sees a new garage door in the homeowners’ future, but the main budget, she says, “will have to be spent on the inside.”

“We’re calling this the Floor-Story house,” Chip adds of the 4-bedroom, 3-bath home. “You’ll figure this out once we go into the property.”

The price is right for the potential buyers to scoop up the house and still have a little left for “a really cool renovation.” But the first look inside reveals a few outdated details and, “a lot of interesting flooring,” according to Joanna.

Will the young hopefuls spring for this 1974-build, or will the Gaineses work their magic on another Waco spot in need of some shiplap? Tune in to HGTV tonight at 9:00 p.m. EST to find out.
