Watch Chance the Rapper unleash a 'gorilla' on Megan Thee Stallion in exclusive Punk'd clip
Megan Thee Stallion is about to get Punk’d.
The musician will be one of the first celebrity victims at the hands of host Chance the Rapper on Quibi’s reboot of MTV’s beloved prank show. In the exclusive clip above, you can see Megan start to lose it as Chance (watching from a control room) lets a “gorilla” loose in a parking lot. The footage offers a more extensive look into what is teased in the Super Bowl ad for the series.
“That is an actual gorilla,” Megan says at the start of the clip (it’s not), seeing what looks to be an ape in a cage near her car. As Megan’s stylist E.J. King — who, it appears, is in cahoots with Chance — approaches the car, the gorilla opens its cage and chases after King, sending Megan into a bit of a panic.
Quibi, set to launch April 6, is a mobile-based streaming service that will offer short-form content in “quick bites” running 10 minutes or less. Punk’d is just one entry in Quibi’s ambitious slate of programming, which also includes a Singled Out reboot hosted by Keke Palmer and comedian Joel Kim Booster.
