Watch the Backstreet Boys Sing 'Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star' for Andy Cohen's Baby on the Way

Talk about a baby shower gift!

The Backstreet Boys surprised Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen by singing his baby boy on the way a special a cappella rendition of the classic lullaby, “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star,” complete with their signature pitch-perfect harmonies.

“Andy, on behalf of myself and the fellas, we have a very special treat just for your future baby boy,” AJ McLean says in the clip. “So this is from us, to you.”

After McLean finishes singing with bandmates Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, Brian Littrell, and Howie Dorough, he jokes that they should do a “kids album.”

Littrell agrees, “I almost went to sleep.”

On the Dec. 20 episode of WWHL, Cohen, 50, revealed he’s expecting his first child via surrogate in front of OG Real Housewives Vicki Gunvalson, Ramona Singer, NeNe Leakes, Kyle Richards and Teresa Giudice.

“Tonight, I want you to be the first to know that after many years of careful deliberation, a fair amount of prayers and the benefit of science — if all goes according to plan in about six weeks time I’m going to become a father,” Cohen said. “Thanks to a wonderful surrogate who is carrying my future.”

“Family means everything to me and having one of my own is something that I have wanted in my heart for my entire life,” he continued. “Though it’s taken me longer than most to get there, I cannot wait for what I envision will be the most rewarding chapter yet.”

“When I was growing up and when we were growing up … I just never thought it would be possible as a gay man to grow up and have a family,” he continued. “And here we are in 2018, almost [2019], and anything’s possible. And I’m so grateful to a wonderful surrogate that I’m working with.”
