Watch 6lack’s Haunting Visuals For “Free”

6lack gets caught up in deadly web with a creepy fan.

Following up on the recent release of his Jhene Aiko assisted track, “First F**k”, 6LACK releases the visuals for his latest single, “Free”, from his debut album, Free 6LACK.

This video marks as the 6LACK’s (pronounced as “BLACK”) first one shot completely in color, moving in a different direction than his usual black and white treatments. It doesn’t stray too far away from his usual dark tone. “Free” gives us an startling concept as the ATL singer/songwriter is trapped by an obsessed fan whose true appearance is far more sinister that what they let on to be. The Andrew Donoho-directed flick matches the essence and content of the record as the video is also reminiscent of Eminem’s 2000 classic “Stan.”

Free 6LACK is now available everywhere in store, iTunes, and all streaming services. The singer is alsoset to hit the road this April on The Weeknd’s Starboy: Legend Of The Fall tour with Rae Sremmurd and Belly. It will be kicking off on April 25 in Vancouver, CA and will wrap up in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 9 — tickets are available for purchase here.
