How to watch 2024 Sundance Film Festival at home
2024 marks the 40th edition of the Sundance Film Festival. While that will bring a big celebration to Park City, Utah, movie fans not able to be there in person can still participate in the festival, as once again you can watch the Sundance Film Festival at home.
The 2024 Sundance Film Festival runs from January 18-28, with Sundance's online program being available in the festival's second week, from January 25-28. Not all movies playing at Sundance are going to be available to watch online, but the every movie competing in Sundance's dramatic and documentary competitions, the NEXT section are going to be available online; as well as some other premieres.
Sundance always highlights some of the movies that are going to become hits later in the year; for instance, the 2023 fest included indie delights like Polite Society, Flora and Son and horror movie Talk to Me. Single film tickets go on sale on January 11, giving you on-demand access to a selected movie to watch at your convenience between January 25-28. They are one a first come, first serve basis, so best to move quick if there's anything in particular you want to see.
