Britain's biggest movie awards are about to alight.

The British Academy Film Awards, a.k.a. the BAFTAs, will take place on Feb. 18. The award ceremony honors the best in film from across the world, with some special emphasis on British releases.

The 2024 BAFTA nominees have stirred up a lot of discussion, both for who was nominated (all three of Saltburn's Barry Keoghan, Rosamund Pike, and Jacob Elordi) and who wasn't (Martin Scorsese, Greta Gerwig, Lily Gladstone). It means there's going to be plenty of intrigue and excitement around this year's ceremony. You won't want to miss it.

When are the 2024 BAFTA Awards?

The 2024 BAFTA Awards will take place at London's Royal Festival Hall on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT.

How to watch the 2024 BAFTA Awards red carpet

U.S. viewers will be able to stream the BAFTAs' red carpet — hosted by Clara Amfo and Alex Zane — live on the BAFTA YouTube channel, starting at 10 a.m. ET/7 a.m. PT.

How to watch the 2024 BAFTA Awards on TV or online

In the U.K., the BAFTAs will air on the BBC and stream on the BBC iPlayer. The ceremony doesn't get quite as prime of a spot in the U.S., where the award show will stream live on BritBox starting at 2 p.m. ET.

Who is hosting the 2024 BAFTA Awards?

David Tennant has the honors this year. The Doctor Who and Good Omens star will take the reins, hosting the ceremony that has previously been hosted by legends like Stephen Fry, Graham Norton, Billy Connolly, and Richard Attenborough.

"I am delighted to have been asked to host the EE BAFTA Film Awards and help celebrate the very best of this year's films and the many brilliant people who bring them to life," Tennant said after he was announced as the 2024 host.

Tennant is best known for a long run in the title role on Doctor Who. However, he has appeared in dozens of series and shows, including Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Marvel's Jessica Jones, and Broadchurch.
