Alongside Charlie Puth, Grammy and Country Music Association Award-nominated and Americana Music Association Award-winning tandem The War and Treaty performed onstage during Monday night's 75th Primetime Emmy Awards.

During the In Memoriam event segment, the soulful duo and the Billboard Music Award-winner performed Puth's 2015 hit "See You Again" and the "Friends" theme song.

The moment coincided with the segment finishing with recently deceased "Friends" cast member Matthew Perry being featured as the final name in the video tribute.

The "In Memoriam" began with "All In The Family" stars Rob Reiner and Sally Struthers paying tribute to that program's legendary writer, Norman Lear, and other notable television stars who passed away in the past year.

Lear died Dec. 5 at the age of 101. Perry, age 54, died from the effects of ketamine after being found unresponsive in the hot tub of his Los Angeles home.
