Want to lose weight and eat better in 2024? These New Jersey restaurants can help

For the new year, I'm going to eat better.

How many times have you said that? But this year, you can do it.

The thing is, eating "healthy" doesn't always mean the same thing. Sometimes it's refraining from gluten or alcohol. Sometimes it means following a vegan diet.

Sometimes it means clean eating and avoiding processed foods.

For 2024, stay true to you with this ultimate New Jersey guide to help you keep your New Year's resolution. (Note that this list is not meant to be exhaustive. There are countless healthy options around the Garden State.)
