To celebrate its upcoming grand opening, the new and improved Dave & Buster's Hilliard is calling on local sleuths to search for clues that could lead to prizes including a VIP visit to the restaurant and entertainment complex.
The "Find the Flag" search, which takes place Jan. 23-27, will offer online clues each day about where the flags are located. The site, daveandbusters.com/us/en/find-the-flag/columbus, will go live on the first day of the search. One winner per day will receive a ticket to a Dave & Buster's VIP Experience with five friends on Feb. 2 (grand opening day) and a $100 gift card.
The renovations at Dave & Buster’s Hilliard, 3665 Park Mill Run Drive, involve more than a fresh coat of paint and a few new games. In addition to an overall sleek new design, there's The Arena, which offers wall-to-wall gaming, plus a revamped menu, a self-pour beer wall with more than 20 local taps and much more.

Dave & Buster’s “Find the Flag” search holds historical significance for the company. When its first store opened in Dallas in 1982, the company wanted to build awareness and fun within the community so James "Buster" Corley bought the biggest flag he could find and flew it on the tallest pole available so everyone in the area could see it.
Since then, Dave & Buster’s has held “Find the Flag” searches when opening new stores to spread the word about the opening to the whole community.
