On The Walking Dead, Maggie found herself at the Hilltop colony where Dr. Carson informed her that her placenta had separated from her uterus. Though she feared she'd lost her baby, it turned out her baby's heart rate was still normal.
However, Dr. Carson suggested Maggie stay at Hilltop for the duration of her pregnancy, but Gregory had a second opinion.
"I'm happy we could patch you up, but you need to go," Gregory said. "Make sure you let Rick know what we did for you." Maggie tried to reason with Gregory, but he insisted she leave. Despite Gregory's protests, Maggie and Sasha chose to stay anyways.
Later, there was a zombie attack on Hilltop, which was provoked, of course, by the Saviors.
The day after the attack, the Saviors showed up, but fortunately, Maggie and Sasha remained hidden despite Gregory's attempt to give them up. And, after the Saviors left, Maggie expressed her feelings to Gregory with a good old-fashioned knuckle sandwich.
"This is our home know, so you'll learn to start to call me by my name," Maggie said. "Not Marsha, not Dear, not Honey. Maggie. Maggie Rhee."
