Walker Hayes to perform concert at Decatur amphitheater this summer

DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — The Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater in Decatur has announced another concert in its summer concert series.

Walker Hayes has been announced as the newest addition to the venue’s lineup of performing artists. Hayes is best known for his smash hit “Fancy Like,” which spent more than six months at No. 1 for the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart and No. 5 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Songs. The song also garnered a Grammy nomination and many will recognize it from Applebee’s commercials due to the song’s references to the restaurant chain.

“Fancy Like,” along with follow-up singles “AA” and “Y’all Life,” have made Hayes one of the top selling and streaming artists in country music. He recently wrapped up his headlining arena tour “The Duck Buck Tour.”

Tickets for Hayes’ concert will go on sale April 12 at 10 a.m. The show is not a part of the Devon’s 2024 season ticket package, but season ticket holders will get a special presale opportunity. Details will come via email.
