The Vortex Theater presents: “How I Learned to Drive”
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Vortex Theater is putting on a new play starting May 17. Vortex is presenting Paula Vogel’s Pulitzer Prize winning play, “How I Learned to Drive.”

The play tells the story of the of a surprising, complicated and sometimes troubling relationship between a girl and her uncle. The play is set in the 1960’s and 70’s and follows the adult woman as she remembers her past, including her uncle, and how everything from her past impacts her now.
The play debut’s May 17 and runs through June 2. Showtimes are Thursday – Sunday at the Vortex Theater. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.
