'The Voice's Top 5 Perform for a Chance to Become the 2024 Winner

Nathan Chester, Bryan Olesen, Karen Waldrup, Asher HaVon, Josh Sanders

Monday night was the final night of performances on The Voice and based on those, America will vote one final time for the winner of Season 25.

The Top 5 consists of Team Reba McEntire’s Josh Sanders and Asher HaVon, Team John Legend’s Bryan Olesen and Nathan Chester and Team Dan + Shay’s Karen Waldrup. Chance the Rapper’s last remaining artists were eliminated from the Top 9.

This year’s Mega Mentor Keith Urban also returned to perform his new single “Messed Up as Me.”

Then America voted and on Tuesday night host Carson Daly will reveal the winner of Season 25 of The Voice.

Nathan Chester

Song: “It’s Your Thing” by the Isely Brothers

John said: “We do work on things together, but there were some things you added in rehearsal that added dynamics and variation to the song and you performed it with such exuberance and skill.”

Josh Sanders

Song: “Go Rest High on That Mountain” by Vince Gill

Reba said: “That was wonderful. I always tell you you’ve got to get that heart going and send it out. You did. It just really hit me hard.”

Asher HaVon

Song: “Last Dance” by Donna Summer

Reba said: “I thought you were having a blast up there. You’ve got the talent, you’ve got the looks, but you’ve got to have fun.”

Bryan Olesen

Song: “Beautiful Things” by Benson Boone

John said: “I was so moved by it because when you were singing it, it felt like you knew what it was like to lose something, and I felt it.”

Karen Waldrup

Dan Smyers said: “That was iconic. That felt like a Grammy performance. It felt like watching in an arena. You came on the show with a goal in mind to win.”

Shay Mooney said: “I am just so proud of you. The fact that you have taken us to the finale, we want to thank you. Welcome to the country music community.”

Then the second round of songs began.

Josh Sanders

Song: “Boots On” by Randy Houser

Reba said: “I thought it was great. It was a lot of fun. You were having so much fun up there. As I told Asher a while ago, that’s what it’s all about.”

John said: “I loved that he selected this song. Everyone’s always seen you do the electric, energetic things. But it was nice to see you just sing. It was a beautiful vocal and it shows America the complete package.”

Bryan Olesen

Song: “Freedom! ‘90” by George Michael

John said: “I loved it. I loved it. It was so exuberant and felt so good. I felt your passion and the energy with the background singers. I love seeing you do your little shimmies up there. Everything worked.”

Karen Waldrup

Song: “I’m Alright” by Jo Dee Messina

Shay said: “You made that song your own. You have never strayed from the path from the beginning of the show. I love you so much.”

Dan said: “I am biased. You are the most consistent performer on this show. You deserve to win.”

Asher HaVon

Song: “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston

Reba said: “You made me a very proud mama. Love you with all my heart. For you to get up there using your God-given talent that God was so sweet to give you, you carry it so well.”

The Voice returns on Tuesday night at 9 p.m. ET/PT with a two-hour finale in which the winner of Season 25 will be announced.
