'The Voice' Stars Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton Collaborate On Home Purchase!
Gwen Stefani is movin' on up, because at the same time she unloaded her former marital mansion ... she bought a new home with Blake Shelton!
Stefani and Shelton have been dating for years now, but the couple just took a big step by purchasing a home together in Los Angeles.
The news, first reported by Entertainment Tonight, comes on the heels of Gwen selling her Beverly Hills mansion that she lived in while married to Gavin Rossdale.
She and the Bush frontman divorced in 2015 after 13-years of marriage.
The Beverly Hills estate was on the market for $25 Million. Property records show the house was sold on July 30, but is still taking back-up offers. The mansion features 7 bedroom, 10 bathrooms, and is a massive 15,000 sq. ft.
The house has everything you could want -- state of the art gym, private sauna ... and a 1,5000 sq ft soccer field!

As we reported, after Adam Levine left the show as a longtime judge, it was announced the "No Doubt" star will make a triumphant return for Season 17 of the singing competition.
Gwen and Blake went public with their relationship back in 2015. Even though there have been many engagement/marriage rumors ... it appears the stars haven't quite yet pulled the trigger on a legal union.
Maybe they were just looking for the right place to settle down.
