Vishal Parvani Opens Up About How Therapy Has Helped Him in His Real Estate Career

On Family Karma's June 9 episode, Vishal Parvani opened up about how seeing a therapist has positively impacted his real estate career. "Therapy has definitely helped in my work life," he shared. "To be successful in commercial real estate, you need to be confident, and I didn't have that confidence in myself."

As a result, he explained with a laugh, "I am disappointing my mom less."

During the episode, Vishal, who is a real estate advisor, senior VP at Parvani Commercial Group, impressed his mother, Reshma Parvani, who is president of the company, during a meeting with clients. Although he told his mother following the successful meeting, "I want to continuously improve," Vishal has certainly come a long way. He declared in an interview, "I definitely feel a lot stronger at work in the last few months."

Before the episode aired, Vishal shared an Instagram photo of himself and Reshma smiling together at the meeting, writing, "When your mom is also your boss!"

Vishal's castmate Shaan Patel has also been making some major real estate moves recently. In October 2020, it was announced that Shaan and his father, Dipak Patel, are building a $4 million townhouse development in Miami’s Shenandoah neighborhood.

According to Tanin Group's website, the development will consist of "eight premium townhomes built in two phases, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Miami." While the first four homes are expected to be completed this year, the remaining four are planned for 2022. The site also notes, "These residences with premium finishes, expansive rooftop terraces, and unique character will blow you away."
