Viral Hit Recreated On ‘So You Think You Can Dance’

The final four contestants on So You Think You Can Dance got to perform one last time before the winner is announced in next week’s finale. In one of their two routines, the kids got to pick their favorite dance from earlier in the season.

The youngest contestant on the show, 10-year-old J.T. Church, got the opportunity to showcase a dance of his that went viral on the Internet with his all-star partner, Robert Roldan. The piece featured Robert and J.T on opposite sides of a mirror, with J.T. copying his partner’s moves, then crossing over and intertwining in a beautiful display of acrobatics.

After the first performance, the mirror dance got over 700,000 views on YouTube, and the show boasts that the routine has been viewed over 55 million times.

While J.T. may have gotten extra attention from his video, the competition is still tight, with the other three contestants pulling off exemplary performances and high praise from the judges.

So You Think You Can Dance airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on Fox.
