Viola Davis and Sylvester Stallone’s TV Pilot We All Wish We Could Have Seen

Viola Davis revealed to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show that she may have had a bit of a thing for Sylvester Stallone back in her highschool days so she was excited to be given the opportunity to work with Sly on a little known pilot you’ve probably never heard of called Father Lefty. The pilot was about a Roman catholic priest who sang Frank Sinatra songs by day, and at night was a private detective. Father Lefty may have not been blessed with getting picked up but Davis had fun getting to play the sassy Roman Catholic nun with a fro. Davis also mentioned her love of prosecco and jacuzzis and that she doesn’t mind champagne because she’s “an equal opportunity drinker.” Davis and Fallon later played a game called “Best Friends Challenge,” where they tried to guess each other’s super powers, what Jimmy’s first name would be if he was a girl and their favorite Christmas movies.
