Vinny Tortorella, aka Vinny 2.0, returned to “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” on the Thursday, Sept. 21, episode — and it looks like Ronnie Ortiz-Magro will be next. –

Vinny's 2.0, Angelina Pivarnick's fiancé, had not appeared on the current seasons since reports surfaced last month that Pivarnick called police after an alleged altercation at her Freehold Township home. Angelina declined to press charges against Vinny 2.0 after the cops arrived.

Angelina and Vinny 2.0 are “still engaged and are still residing together,” said Vinny's 2.0's lawyer, Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder, in a statement to the Asbury Park Press.

On the show, Vinny 2.0 consoled Angelina after she crossed swords with the female roomies following their pass on attending the opening of Lauren Sorrentino's Bijoux Boutique in Middletown.

Mike Sorrentino was upset that Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Deena Cortese, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Sammi Giancola did not attend. That in turn flared up into a fight between Angelina and the female cast members.

Vinny 2.0 likened the situation to the Power Rangers, comparing Angelina to the expelled Green Ranger.

“It's like the Power Rangers reunited, so let’s kick the (blank) Green Ranger out,” Vinny 2.0 said. “They're the Power Rangers.”

“That's right, they kicked the Green Ranger out of the Power Rangers,” Angelina said.

“But it ain't going to happen!” Vinny 2.0 said.

Jenni's power seemed drained in the episode.

“We clearly do not get along in life,” said Jenni to fiancé Zack Clayton of her relationship with Angelina. “There's clearly resentment on both sides that we will both truly never get over and at any given moment I feel she could throw me, us, our relationship, everything under the bus and I just can't do that anymore. I'm done.”

The cast, and significant others and kids, are headed to Margaritaville Orlando in Florida for a “family fun trip.”

Ronnie's showing up, according to a midseason trailer released by MTV on social media.

“I don't want any, like, bad vibes or old boyfriends to show up,” said Sammi, who's in Orlando with her new boyfriend Justin May, a former bouncer at the now-closed Karma in Seaside Heights.

“Ron just texted me, said he is on his way,” Mike said.

Later, Ronnie addressed the roomies, some of whom are in tears in the trailer.

“Last year I lost a lot of what I love,” Ronnie said.

Ronnie was arrested on suspicion of intimate partner violence in April 2021 in Los Angeles, but avoided jail when a judge in September 2021 determined that the time he spent in treatment was significant enough to forgo a sentence behind bars.

He had previously pled no contest to one count of domestic battery and one count of resisting arrest from an October 2019 incident in the Hollywood Hills section of Los Angeles, when police were called to a home where he, ex-girlfriend Jen Harley and then 20-month old Ariana were staying.

MTV stated that Ronnie was stepping away from the show after the April 2021 arrest to address his mental health issues. He's appeared on the show several times since then.

Sammi opted out of the “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” reboot in 2018 as she wanted to “avoid potentially toxic situations,” according to one of her Instagram posts. The post was viewed as a reference to her on-again, off-again relationship with Ronnie.

Jersey Shore Family Vacation” airs at 8 p.m. Thursdays on MTV.
