Vincent D'Onofrio's Ghost Wars, From Continuum Creator, Lands at Syfy
Syfy has acquired from Nomadic Pictures Ghost Wars, a paranormal thriller created by Simon Barry (Continuum) and starring Vincent D’Onofrio (Law & Order: CI) and Kim Coates (Sons of Anarchy).

Set in a remote Alaskan town that has been overrun by paranormal forces, “Ghost Wars is not just a contemporary homage to classic psychological horror, it’s also an opportunity to tell stories about human politics and how we shape our beliefs and lives based on our individual perspectives and biases,” Barry, who served as co-showrunner of Nomadic’s Van Helsing during Season 1, said in a statement. “Science, humanism, religion and the paranormal all get a seat at the table.
