Fans have long speculated about perceived tension between Navarro and Griffin since the pair permanently joined the show in 2022.

The tension between The View cohosts Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro just grew thicker than the latter's impassioned disdain for the results of the show's 2023 Pooch Pageant that still haunts her waking life.

Following a line of on-air clashes since the pair both joined the Hot Topics table as permanent cohosts in 2022, Navarro again snapped on Griffin — a former staffer working in Donald Trump's White House — during Friday's live episode, during a discussion about border security.

"Can I mention one more thing?" Griffin said before Navarro could finish a point on the matter, prompting the Miami nightlife queen to quickly shoot up her hand to halt Griffin's words in their tracks.

"No," Navarro said. "Pull up the clip."

Navarro then turned back toward Griffin and curtly said, "I didn't interrupt you" before the show cut to additive footage.

When the telecast returned to the cohosts, Navarro still looked over toward Griffin with her mouth open, and legal expert Sunny Hostin could be heard muttering, "Okay." The camera then shifted to a wide shot of the table, where Griffin could be seen looking down and chuckling.

The exchange landed amid repeated points of contention between the two, including a hilarious moment in September 2023 that saw Navarro react on social media to a fan's observation that Griffin had seemingly rolled her eyes while Navarro spoke on the program. At the time, a source close to the show told EW that Griffin's expression was intended to communicate frustration about missing the opportunity to add her point of view to the topic.

Still, Navarro and Griffin are not following each other on Instagram, despite both cohosts following all of their other on-air panelists.

Elsewhere, in December 2022, Navarro and Griffin butted heads over a segment about toxicity in the workplace.

"I can't really get a word in without you attacking me. So, I wouldn't say this is a totally different environment of women supporting each other," Griffin told Navarro, who clapped back by telling her colleague, "Oh, I haven't attacked you yet."

The View airs weekdays at 11 a.m. ET on ABC.
