'The View' hosts clash with Mike Huckabee and Sarah Sanders over Trump
Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and his daughter, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders, were guests on The View. And just as you might have expected, they clashed with the hosts of the show about their opinions on President Trump.
The hosts of The View took up many issues with the Huckabees, including Trump’s controversial statements against women, his statements regarding white supremacists in Charlottesville, and his pardoning of Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
At one point Mike Huckabee said, “People say he’s a racist, he’s been on this show many times,” to which Whoopi Golberg replied, “And I said it to him to his face.”
Several times the studio audience even joined in on the fight, booing Mike Huckabee’s claim that Joe Arpaio is not racist.
