Naturally, Griffin’s jaw hit the floor.
“No! Oh my God!” a shellshocked Griffin responded, as the studio audience erupted in front of them. “You can’t say that when my mother-in-law is here, who’s been dying for me to get pregnant. Why, do I look pregnant?”
“Yes,” Goldberg answered. “I just got a vibe… I’m so sorry.”
Griffin then proceeded to set the record straight. “I am very open to being pregnant soon,” she said. “I am not blessed to be pregnant yet. My husband and I are thinking about it.”
“Forgive me,” Goldberg reiterated. “I’m just… you have this… I see a glow.”
Griffin proceeded to laugh, then joked, “I’ll take a test when I get home — just to be sure!”

Then, in February of this year, she was absent for several days due to what Behar called “a bad cold.” She returned to the Hot Topics table on Monday.
