WH blasts House Republicans' "partisan" Benghazi report

In response to a report from House Republicans that faulted the State Department for the security lapses that led to the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, White House press secretary Jay Carney said, "if these members of Congress were genuinely interested in getting information, they would not have abandoned the customary oversight process and excluded Democratic members from the entire process."
