Rand Paul: U.S. going to "drop a drone hell-fired missile on Jane Fonda?"

In what he termed a "filibuster" on a confirmation vote for CIA director nominee John Brennan, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., questioned U.S. policy on who can be targeted by drone strikes, arguing many people in the 1960s could have been considered enemies of the state, including "Jane Fonda swiveling around in North Vietnamese armored guns."
