Video Premiere: Carrie Underwood Ushers in Holiday Season With ‘Heartbeat’
It’s officially December, and country superstar Carrie Underwood is ready to give her fans an early holiday present: Namely, the video for her new single “Heartbeat”! Yahoo Music is excited to premiere this in its entirety to get the good-feeling seasonal vibes going.
Although the video is not holiday-themed, it provides a lush range of visuals that could rival any display, including Underwood walking through a dense forest, barefoot, in a flowing white gown. The song, which was co-written by Underwood herself, is reportedly a love tune for her husband, NHL star Mike Fisher. It also features vocals from the American Music Awards’ currently reigning Favorite New Artist, Sam Hunt.
“Heartbeat” is the second single from Underwood’s latest album, Storyteller, which was released in October. She will be embarking on a tour to support the release starting in January 2016.
