Vicki Gunvalson May Be Done with Reality TV For Good
Vicki Gunvalson's destiny on 'Real Housewives of Orange County' has been uncertain ever since she was demoted to a "friend" role on season 14. Vicki demanded at the reunion that she be made a regular star on the show or that she wouldn't return and continue to sue the show for hurting her business. No official news on the casting has been released yet, but Vicki hinted on a recent Instagram post that she may be retiring from reality TV for good.

Vicki posted a picture of her on [Instagram] (https://www.instagram.com/p/B7XVfj0l5FL/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link) with fiance Steve Lodge in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The two are posing with a glass of wine each. "Date night with my fiance @stevelodge_oc . ❤️🌴💍," Vicki wrote in the caption.
“Lookin like retirement,” one fan wrote in the comments.
“Pretty soon,” Vicki replied indicating that she may be retiring sooner than expected.
“Is it true you are not coming back?” another wrote referring to 'RHOC.'
“No truth to that. I don’t know yet,” Vicki replied hinting that he retirement comment may be referring to the show opposed to her business.
At the moment, none of the 'Orange County' ladies know if they'll be returning. Despite rumors of a casting shakeup, HollywoodLife reports that the ladies feel confident about returning.
“Andy’s comments made them all nervous and they were told awhile ago a cast shake-up was coming,” a source told HollywoodLife on December 29th. “All of the ladies [of ‘RHOC’] are saying they’re confident they’re coming back, but nobody knows for certain.”
“They will be notified in a few weeks but nobody knows who’s in and who’s out quite yet,” the source continued.
“The reunion just ended so it will be looked at in the new year but they’re always interviewing new ladies and they’ve got their eye on a couple, it’s just still too early to tell what’s exactly happening. Everyone’s just waiting though some of the ladies have been asked to film things in their lives here and there since filming wrapped officially just in case they are asked back,” the source added.
It's too soon to tell whether Vicki will be back to "whoop it up" for another season.
If all of the ladies end up returning including Vicki, viewers can expect her feud with Kelly Dodd to continue. It's likely that the two could make up because none of the fates of the ladies' relationships are ever set in stone be it positive or negative. Gina may continue dating after officially being separated from ex Matt Kirschenheiter. Emily and Kelly may continue to work on their anger management. Tres amgias, Shannon, Tamra and Vicki, will undoubtedly continue to tear up the town.
