Vertical Acquires Thriller ‘Firecracker’ Ahead Of Berlin Film Festival

Vertical has nabbed U.S., Canadian, and UK/Ireland rights to thriller Firecracker. The action-packed film was directed, co-written and starring NY Film Award Winner, Andrew Lee Potts and produced by Charley McDougall, Jamie McLeod-Ross and Susan E. Clarke. The film will be released in theaters and On Demand in early 2024.

The film revolves around a heist gone awry, propelling an unlikely trio into a desperate struggle for survival and sanity on bonfire night. As tension mounts and sparks fly, the film promises an exhilarating rollercoaster of action, intrigue, and suspense.

The film stars Jason Flemyng, Alexander Vlaho, Max Wrottesley, Nick Moran, Augusta Woods and Katie Sheridan. Andrew Lee Potts, Tamara Al-Bassam and Sheridan co-wrote the script

Firecracker is a co-production between Empire Studios and Keychain Productions in association with Lighthouse Pictures.
