Michael Woods is a prisoner in American prison who has been released on parole, and he heads to Johannesburg to meet his wife, who works at the U.S. Embassy. He rents a car from the airport but loses his way. He discovers a phone and pistol in the car, and receives a call from a police detective, telling him to drop off the vehicle in exchange for another one. However, he soon discovers the car’s trunk has a bound woman inside, and the two of them are attacked as soon as they reach the drop-off point. Michael takes it upon himself to save the both of them.
Vehicle 19 is one of the last films of the late Paul Walker, who is known for his role in the Fast & Furious franchise. The film also stars Naima McLean, Gys de Villiers, Leyla Haidarian, Tshepo Maseko, Andrian Mazive, Welile Nzuza, and others.
