Even though this sentiment has rang true for weeks now, Bravo viewers are still trying to figure out how Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules went so far off the rails. Producers put all their eggs in one basket in hopes of Tom Sandoval being able to do a redemption arc. Instead of backing Ariana Madix, most of the cast members with the exclusion of Katie Maloney and James Kennedy, tried to give Sandy a second chance. Viewers quickly tuned out.

However, The Valley turned out to be a horse of a different color. No one had high hopes for the spinoff, including this writer, but we were wrong. Bravo gifted fans a new, organic show filled with just enough drama to satiate our dry pallets. With Season 2 officially greenlit, I wonder who will make the jump to keep their reality TV career alive.

Tom Schwartz

Remember when Tom Schwartz used to be hot? After a few turbulent years as Sandoval’s sidekick, the spark seemed to have left the former model. But I like seeing his one episode wonder on The Valley as he talked to Jax Taylor about his bar. So it got me thinking. What if Tom and Jo Wenberg made it official in some alternate universe? I’d love to see Tom crossover, settle down, and reconnect with Kristen Doute and Jax. I believe Schwartzy would be a whole new man. No longer a crutch for Sandoval and away from the group of friends who weren’t willing to change. But especially on a show with no ex-wife, I think Tom could have a rebirth of sorts.

Also, imagine Schwartz with The Valley dudes. He would instantly bond with Danny Booko – both sweet souls. I think Tom would also have a good working relationship with Jesse Lally. Both are newly divorced and could develop a nice comradery over their shared loss.

Scheana Shay

Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules showed me that people can change. In my book, the biggest 180 was Scheana Shay. She no longer allowed herself to be controlled by anyone in the group and started to make her own decisions, even if they might be wrong. But what would make Scheana a great crossover option is her family life. Brock Davies stepped up his game from previous seasons, where he was disliked. The former rugby player showed that he was one hell of a family man and father.

The couple had some extremely serious conversations while on the series, including Brock struggling to find work outside the house and Scheana opening up about her postpartum OCD. Sheesh already is friends with Brittany Cartwright and Kristen, so she wouldn’t just be the new girl in the group. I also think Scheana and Nia Booko would make a great friend pair. Both have struggled with baby blues, and I think watching their friendship blossom would be quite genuine for viewers.

Lala Kent

I know a lot of fans who would like to see Lala Kent crossover to The Valley. I am not one of them, but I understand their reasoning. Lala will always bring drama to whatever show she is on. She is also a proud mother, moving far away from her former party days as a SUR host. During the latest season of Vanderpump Rules, Lala opened up about her fertility journey and yearning for wanting to be a mother again. Fans are invested in her journey, and the jump to the spinoff does not seem so out of this world.

Viewers have already seen Lala make a guest appearance in the premiere season at Brittany’s pool party. And she didn’t hit it off with everyone. She and Jesse got into a minor scuffle when he called her the other woman. So, there is already some built-up animosity that could be used to fuel the drama. I also imagine if Janet Caperna is asked back, the two would butt heads. I don’t think Lala would be a fan of Janet’s stealth gossip work and would most likely call her out.

While the list is open to interpretation, I believe these choices are the best for a perfect crossover. Let me know if you agree!
