All About the Utah Resort Where Kim Kardashian West Celebrated Her 'Most Relaxing' Birthday Yet
Kim Kardashian West is keeping it calm for her birthday this year.
The reality star celebrated turning 37 with a trip to the ultra-exclusive Amangiri resort in Canyon Point, Utah. A far cry from sister Kourtney’s beachy Mexican bash, Kardashian West’s vacay was all about unwinding at the remote hotspot, which has also attracted celebs like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Drew Barrymore and Gordon Ramsey.
“Most relaxing bday trip!” she wrote on an Instagram showing off the 5-star hotel’s stunning scenery. Located within the canyons of Grand Circle, the largest concentration of national parks in the U.S., this desert getaway offers 360-degree views of the surrounding dunes, plateaus and mountains.
Kardashian West’s photos showcase the serene setting and decor, which boasts a natural color scheme to blend in with the natural beauty. Each suite also opens up to a private terrace, which Kardashian West used to soak up the rays and snap a few bikini-clad selfies.
Continuing the theme of R&R, a water pavilion with a sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool were available for the mom of two, who’s expecting a third child with husband Kanye West via surrogate early next year.
The spa reflects the “holistic principles and healing traditions of the Navajo people,” according to the website, and includes treatments raging from the standard facials and massages to more specialized offerings like Flotation Therapy, where one floats in warm saltwater from the Dead Sea (bathing suites optional).
Although Kardashian West’s snaps only showed off the grounds, the resort also offers activities ranging from early morning hot air balloon flights, heritage tours with Navajo guides, horseback riding and kayaking.
