2024 isn't just going to be good for Usher — it's going to be "good good."

Amid news of the Atlanta superstar headlining the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show, Usher has announced he'll be releasing his new album Coming Home on Feb. 11, 2024 via mega/gamma — the same days as his highly anticipated performance.

The release of Coming Home coincides with the success of his Las Vegas residency, which according to a press release about the album, is in its second sold-out year and will wrap in December. His European residency at La Seine Musicale — Usher: Rendez-vous à Paris — launched on Sunday and will conclude Oct. 5.

Coming Home, Usher's ninth studio LP, is the R&B icon's first new album since 2016’s Hard II Love. The "U Got It Bad" singer also collaborated with Zaytoven for his project project, A, in 2018.

The new record will feature the previously released song "Good Good" featuring Summer Walker and 21 Savage.

"We’ve put a lot of thought and creativity into this new album to tell a story that is open to interpretation and that will connect with people in different ways," he said in a press release. "I know this has been a long time coming for my fans and what I’ll say is that all good things come to those who wait. I hope you enjoy it once you hear it."

On Sunday, Usher shared the album artwork to X (formerly Twitter), which features the R&B musician shirtless and holding a peach near a set of chains — including a cross — on his neck.

Usher's 2024 Super Bowl performance will mark his second time taking the stage there, as he previously performed with the Black Eyed Peas back in 2011. However, it will be his first time playing as the headlining artist.

“It’s an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list. I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before,” Usher said in a statement on Sunday.

“Thank you to the fans and everyone who made this opportunity happen," he continued. "I’ll see you real soon.”

"But when I got this call . . . he said, 'It’s time, it’s magic time. You know, it's time for you to have that moment.' I'm like, 'What are you talking about?'" Usher shared of his conversation. "He's like, 'The Super Bowl.' I'm like, 'Oh, you ready? Absolutely.'"

This will be Roc Nation's fifth Super Bowl Halftime show under the NFL partnership.
