Usher had all eyes on him on Sunday (Feb. 11) for Super Bowl LVIII, despite the mixed reviews from critics.

Whether you felt he “fizzled” or gave the best performance of all time, you and over 30 million other households tuned in to watch his highly anticipated Halftime Show.

According to Samba TV, 30.1 million — to be exact — households watched Usher bring Atlanta to the world, which was up 5 percent from Rihanna’s 2023 Halftime Show set.

Usher’s show also surpassed that of Dr. Dre’s 2022 Halftime set with Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and 50 Cent — which has 29 million households “in attendance.”

Additionally, streams of the “Yeah!” singer’s music saw an overall 550 percent spike on Spotify immediately following the big game.

Particularly, “Caught Up,” “U Don’t Have To Call,” “Love In This Club” featuring Young Jeezy and “Bad Girl” all saw quadruple-digit increases. “Caught Up,” the set’s opener, saw the highest increase boost with over 2,000 percent.

“Confessions Pt. II,” “U Got It Bad,” “My Boo” featuring Alicia Keys, “Yeah!” featuring Lil Jon and Ludacris, and “Superstar” all earned triple-digit percent increase. Keys’ “If I Ain’t Got You” surged 135 percent.

Usher’s music experienced a similar surge after his 2023 Tiny Desk performance. The mesmerizing ballad, “Superstar” received a 238 percent increase — skyrocketing from 111,000 to 375,000 streams between Wednesday (June 29) and Friday (July 1). Streams for all of Ursher’s discography rose from 4.1 million to 5.6 million, and even his Diamond-certified album, Confessions, reentered the Billboard 200.

Unlike Rih’s, the crooner invited a slew of special guests onstage like Lil Jon, Ludacris, Jermaine Dupri, will.i.am, H.E.R., and Keys to join him for the performance of a lifetime.
