USA TODAY names its Restaurants of the Year. They include this Palm Beach County favorite.

Stage Kitchen, the Palm Beach Gardens restaurant popular for its Indian-inspired small plates, made USA TODAY’s list of best restaurants in the country.

Released today, USA TODAY Restaurants of the Year 2024 list, highlights an eclectic batch of 47 restaurants, ranging from seafood joints to supper clubs.

“It’s a blessing. When we decided to open in Palm Beach Gardens, we didn’t know what to expect. It was very adventurous and challenging what we were doing,” said Puskhar Marathe, Stage Kitchen’s executive chef/co-owner who earned a semifinalist slot for the James Beard Award for “Best Chef” in the South last year.

The list was selected by USA TODAY Network food writers and dining critics, who weighed in on the top-recommended restaurants in their coverage areas.

Stage Kitchen was selected for its innovative plates, stylish setting and lively vibe. With a menu inspired by Marathe’s Indian roots, Stage brought destination-dining status to an unadventurous patch of northern Palm Beach County.
