He Talked 'Self-Care'

Revealing he's been practicing self-care more now than ever, Justin Hartley said, “Self-care. It’s good to do, right? We have hectic lives and everyone’s busy and rushing all over the place and trying to occupy space and time and get to the next thing.” He continued by stating, “You have to slow down every once in a while and just kind of realize where you are, appreciate what you’ve done and reflect a little bit and be like, ‘What’s going on here?’ And make sure you’re okay.”

He's Back On Social Media

He also took to his Instagram story to share a picture with his castmates writing, "Always a good time with the fam." The actor hadn't posted since November 19, three days prior to filing for divorce from his soap opera star wife.

What Happened?

The former duo, who married in 2017, shocked fans over their sudden split and, according to sources, Justin Hartley and Chrishell Stause were on two separate pages about their future. “Chrishell is really ready to just settle down and be a wife and stay-at-home mom and was hoping to start a family relatively soon,” an insider told People. “Justin wants that but also doesn’t think it has to happen in the near future and is at a point in his career where he wants to really be able to explore all the options that are coming his way." There is also a dispute between the two on when they actually separated. Justin Harley stated "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and listed the date of separation as July 8, 2019. In Chrishell's response, she listed the day he filed for divorce as the actual separation date.
